Buying a LUT / PowerGrade online can be a leap of faith. Particularly when so many come with:
‘No refunds given under any circumstances’
And sometimes, once applied to your own footage, they can be a disappointment.
So before you decide, send me up to five clips, and I'll apply the appropriate LUT and send
them back to you. No obligation. No pressure. No rush to decide.
I’m fairly confident you’ll love the results, but if you don't, you haven't spent a penny!
To send in your clips, drop me an email:

Turn around time will be pretty quick - within 24 hours but often much faster.
rec. 709 conversion not required.
I’ve built my LUTs to work natively with the most common camera manufacturers RAW and LOG profiles. If yours isn’t on the list, let me know and I can normally add it within 1 - 2 days.
If you only have Rec.709 footage - not to worry - specific PowerGrades and LUTs are included in the pack for that too.
MUCH More than a LUT.
The LUTs work on all editing programs, eg Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
However if you use DaVinci Resolve, the included PowerGrades give you complete control over every detail of the grade, and are even compatible with the free version of Resolve. Resolve Studio users will have the addition of sensitively applied halation and film grain, which can also be easily customised if you wish.
Another huge plus of these PowerGrades are that all adjustments are made within DaVinci Wide Gamut colour space, which gives the highest flexibility and quality to your image.
There's No Such Thing as a One - Click GRADE.
Why do some LUTs look great at first, then completely fall apart on certain shots?
There isn't a LUT in the world that can magically fix incorrect white balance, colour casts, poor exposure or difficult lighting.
But even when your footage is well shot, not every LUT is built to cope with the huge variety of real-world filmmaking.
Creating a colour grade that looks good on a handful of carefully chosen hero shots is relatively quick to do. Building one that holds up
across very different natural and artificial lighting, skin tones and a wide range of real-world shooting conditions takes much longer.
Stress-Tested in the Real World
The process is simple in theory, but relentless in practice: try to break the grade, find its weaknesses, refine it, and do it all again.
My grade has been refined and stress-tested across hundreds of real-world shots before it was ever made available.
These grades aren't designed to entirely replace colour grading - no grade can do that - but the only thing you might need to tweak
is exposure and white balance. (if necessary at all)
They're designed to give you a dependable, natural starting point that stays consistent across a wide variety of footage, leaving you
free to make creative decisions instead of fixing technical problems.
